Meet Rubia Lacerda

Rubia's spiritual journey began in 1998 when she discovered her mediumship and psychic abilities. In 2018, the Arcturians made contact with her and in 2020 she came out of the ‘galactic closet’ and began publicly trance channeling their messages.
