Payment Plan total $9,900 AUD. Early bird valid until Sunday 11th January 2026. The first payment will be debited immediately and subsequent payments will occur every 30 days. We encourage you to set up a calendar reminder 2 days before each payment due date to avoid issues with payment failure.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT - By submitting this form you ("client") agree with the terms and conditions below with Rubia Lacerda ("mentor").

1. This Agreement is between you and Rubia Lacerda (ABN: 39 167 765 030) and relates to your participation in Soul Art Academy 12-Month Mastermind.

2. As a client/member you understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared by Rubia Lacerda and any other speakers and trainers and all on-line video and audio recordings, all audio and video trainings, manuals, information, checklists, documents, websites and other materials are the property of Rubia Lacerda and are only be used for educational purposes and for non-commercial use. They are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice.

3. It is assumed that this application is completed with the understanding that what is taught within any online programs you get access to remains the copyright of Rubia Lacerda and will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold or otherwise transferred without our consent.

4. By participating in mentoring/coaching services you understand and agree that Rubia Lacerda is not a therapist, financial advisory, or psychologist, and mentoring/coaching does not replace the support and help from other professionals. Mentoring/coaching is not to substitute for counselling or mental health concerns.

5. Rubia Lacerda's program is a full program commitment. There are no cancellations or refunds during this time. If you use in house payment plan and should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access until your payments are up to date. If you set up a bank transfer, please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account before the due date. Late or missed payments may result in immediate suspension of access until the account is brought up to date.

6. The clients of Rubia Lacerda Programs understand that they will conduct themselves professionally and ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, Rubia Lacerda reserves the right to cancel your enrolment.

7. We reserve the right to vary this agreement and revise the content, reschedule part of and/or to make other changes to the program as reasonably required.

8. Client responsibility and ownership: No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in any of Rubia Lacerda Programs and Mentorships. Client understands that the Mentor does not make any guarantees from the mentoring programs. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for any and all results. The Mentor makes no guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Client's performance. Any testimonials, earnings, or examples shown through Mentor's website, programs, and/or services are only examples of what may be possible for Client. There are no assurance as to any particular outcome based on the use of Mentor's programs.

9. There are three rules that we ask you follow in order to gain maximum results:1. Implement - Take action and do the work.2. Ask for help in between sessions and if you need support.3. Share your wins!
