Parking: Drive downstairs to the hotel carpark. $10 with validation at reception after the event has taken place. Subject to availability, if full you can park at Airport Budget Short-Term Parking

Arrival: Please allow extra time to find the venue, park, and settle in. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time.

Health guidance: If possible, avoid caffeine 24hrs before and on the day and eat and drink clean so you can make the most of the experience. We advise no drugs or alcohol 24hrs before and on the day.
